Get a bigger chest in 10 minutes or less
Hey dudes,
I really don't want to write this, but I need to save you from... yourself.
For some reason, dudes are obsessed with chest workouts. The internet makes this even more confusing. As I've explained before in Fuck Your Bench, stop doing dumb chest routines. Stop doing so much chest work as well. You are hurting yourself and wasting time. Do simple and balanced movements and move on.
There is one movement that is particularly simple and effective, and you can do it literally anywhere without equipment.
DECLINE PUSHUPS
Decline pushups are the closest thing to a magical trick for your chest. The mechanics are the same as an incline bench press that you would do in the gym, but flipped 180 degrees. Literally you will build a big and strong chest with just decline pushups and dips, no need for benches and weights. Here is how you do it.
SPEX:
Get a box, table, chair, or whatever
Put your feet on it, keeping your back very rigid, and pushup
Do 1-2 sets per minute to failure or just before
You are done in 10 minutes or less
Do this 1-3 times per week
