Your weekly mission: push heavy shit
Hey dudes,
You’re probably seeing the theme by now. Moving big weight from one point to another is some of the most simple and important training you can do.
Sleds are a pretty neat device. You can load up lots of weight to push and pull until you are a quivering and sweaty mess. In case you are in the market, I recommend Titan Fitness. They make high quality and well priced stuff.
But you don’t actually need sleds to push heavy shit. Fortunately, many of us have a really really heavy implement that is a perfect pushing device — our cars.
It’s time to push heavy shit my dudes.
SPEX:
Put your car in neutral
Push it as fast as you can, at least 50 meters
Do 10 sets in 30 minutes or less
It may not seem like much, but this might be one of the most mind blowing workouts we have done so far on Pointman. The pump is real. Some lifters have replaced squats entirely with sled pushing and pulling movements.
This low key secret is now yours.
