You’ve asked this question a lot lately. The answer is simple — to get back in shape you do the same thing you do to get in shape and stay in shape.
As today is the summer solstice, it’s a good time to reflect… are you more than half way to your body goals for the year?
It’s never too late to get buff
This is how you do it.
1. Clean up your diet
You may not have time to exercise every day, but you do have enough time to stop eating garbage. Learn that the majority of the food the modern world is feeding you is poison. These are the top three Pointman resources on diet.
2. Lift weights 2-4 days per week
Developing strength and speed are the biggest training priorities. It’s anti aging magic. These are the top three foundational programs I developed for Pointman and I personally do them every week.

3. Move your ass as much as possible
